Eric is a remediation manager at Honeywell with 10 years of experience in site remediation and redevelopment. Eric specializes in the remediation and redevelopment of brownfield sites within urban cities primarily in Jersey City, NJ and Baltimore, MD. Eric focuses much of his work on the cleanup and revitalization of Jersey City’s west side, which will include the development of over 100 acres of unused brownfields into residential, commercial, retail and park space. He enjoys working with local stakeholders to turn former remediation sites into useful assets for the community on a going-forward basis.
