Continuing Education Credits

Attendees can earn Continuing Education Credits (CECs/PDHs/CLEs) for an additional $75 fee that can be selected during registration. NSCW2026 is designed to provide valuable regulatory, technical, legal, and redevelopment-focused education relevant to brownfields, sustainability, site remediation, redevelopment, and environmental practice across the Northeast.   • Professional Engineers – 9.0 Total (6.5 Hours for Day 1 and 2.5 Hours for Day 2)
  • NY Professional Geologists – 9.0 Total (6.5 Hours for Day 1 and 2.5 Hours for Day 2)

Pennsylvania Credits

  • LSRPs: No Requirement for Continuing Education
  • Continuing Legal Education Credits – Maximum: 9.00 = 9.00S
  • Professional Engineers – No Pre-Approval Required, but Topic Must Be Relevant to the Practice
  • Professional Geologists – No Pre-Approval Required, but Topic Must Be Relevant to the Practice

Massachusetts Credits

  • LSPs – 1 credit for every 2 hours of attendance (LSP Board Conference Number – 1869-2026)
  • Continuing Legal Education Credits – No Requirement for Continuing Education
  • Professional Engineers – No Requirement for Continuing Education
  • Professional Geologists – No Pre-Approval Required, but Topic Must be Relevant to the Practice

Connecticut Credits

  • LEPs – If an Attendee Wishes to Seek Credit, They Should Submit Individually
  • Continuing Legal Education Credits –  If Course Has Been Approved/Accredited in Another State, CT Will Honor
  • Professional Engineers – No Requirement for Continuing Education
  • Professional Geologists –  No Requirement for Continuing Education
