David Fiereck has over 20 years of experience in the development, planning, engineering, evaluation, design, and construction administration of various environmental projects for government and private sector clients.  As President of Loureiro, Mr. Fiereck oversee the firm’s engineering practice including: Building & Land Engineering, Facility Engineering, Environmental Assessment, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety and Industrial Services.  Mr. Fiereck’s responsibilities include: directing operations, client relations, as well as achieving the vision, performance objectives, and market strategy of the firm’s engineering practice.   Mr. Fiereck serves as the licensed environmental professional (LEP) for the redevelopment of the 889 Farmington Avenue Site.
