Sam Butcher has over 35 years of experience in environmental assessment and remediation of brownfield properties. He has directed numerous environmental investigations, remedial action planning and implementation, and permitting projects. He has evaluated, developed and designed remedial strategies and provided managerial oversight of numerous multi-million dollar remediation projects in a variety of contaminated media. Mr. Butcher also provides litigation support and consulting services across a wide range of regulatory programs.
