With over $250 million invested in over 250 projects covering approximately 75 municipalities, Connecticut has been the forerunner in brownfield redevelopment in the country. This presentation will walk the audience through the history of the program, how it has evolved and how it is making a difference in helping develop cities and towns in the Nutmeg State.
