Scott Houldin is Founder and President of Twin Elms Environmental Brokerage. Scott has built a specialized national brokerage dedicated to the placement of pollution liability programs. Scott began his career at Ericson Insurance Advisors focusing on commercial risk management, underwriting, and claims administration. Through this experience, he developed a niche in environmental risk management for clients focused on buying, selling, and redeveloping complex real estate projects. Scott founded Twin Elms Environmental Brokerage in 1995 and has assisted buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, public utilities and municipalities ever since.
