Graham J. Stevens, CT DEEP

Mr. Stevens is the Chief of the Bureau of Water Protection and Land Reuse, which is comprised of the Remediation, Land and Water Resources, and Water Planning and Management Divisions.  He also serves as a member of the Water Planning Council.  Prior to his current role, Graham served as Office Director of Constituent Affairs and Land Management and Chief of Staff to both Commissioner Amey Marrella and Commissioner Gina McCarthy.  He also served as the Department’s first Brownfields Coordinator.  Mr. Stevens holds a B.A. in Environmental Geography from Clark University and a M.S. in Water Resources from the University of Connecticut.
