David Perkins is the Land use Technician and Code Enforcement Officer for the town. He staffs the Planning and Zoning Commission, Inland wetlands Commission and the ZBA. He has over 40 years’ experience in land use matters and geographical Information Systems. He has been actively involved in implementing the EPA awarded brownfields assessment grant by reviewing proposals/reports and providing GIS information and guidance relative to environmental, legal and zoning issues. He also is active in planning for the reuse of properties by interacting with the community and town commissions to determine the best and most appropriate reuses of brownfields.
