The Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop (NSCW) is back for 2025 – bigger, bolder, and focused on action. This year’s theme, Brownfields 360°, explores the full-circle journey of brownfield transformation, from assessment to community impact. Hosted by BCONE, NSCW unites developers, agencies, consultants, funders, and community leaders under one roof to move projects – and ideas – forward.
The NSCW is where innovation, collaboration, and bold ideas come together to shape the future of brownfield redevelopment and sustainability. This year, it will be held on September 17th and 18th at the vibrant Rivers Casino & Resort in Schenectady, NY.
NSCW 2025 offers an energizing two-day experience filled with thought-provoking discussions, real-world success stories, and actionable insights from some of the most respected experts in the field.
