Troy Conrad is the Director of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection’s Bureau of Environmental Cleanup & Brownfields. He is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Commonwealth’s storage tank, site remediation and brownfield (Act 2) programs. He is the Department’s site remediation contact and liaison to other public agencies and non-governmental organizations. Prior to his current position, Mr. Conrad served in the Department’s Storage Tank, Water Quality, Waterways and Wetlands and Land Recycling programs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in GeoEnvironmental Studies and a Master of Public Administration from Shippensburg University.
