Taylor Hard is a Project Manager at the NYC Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation (OER) where she manages brownfield redevelopment projects navigating the NYC E-designation and Voluntary Cleanup Programs. Prior to OER, she worked for several years in environmental consulting. At OER she works closely with the NYC Parks Department and community organizations to improve surface soil quality in NYC parks and gardens. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Stony Brook University. She also serves as an advisory board member for the NYC Brownfield Partnership.
