With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Lees is an environmental and civil engineer with extensive environmental experience, providing a broad range of environmental services to private, and public sector clients. He is a Vice President at Langan Engineering and works in the Doylestown, Pennsylvania office. His areas of expertise include remediation, site characterization, water quality, permitting, renewable energy development, construction management, operation and maintenance of treatment systems, and industrial wastewater treatment. He has also been an integral member of the Brownfield Redevelopment Team, which has contributed to numerous awards under the USEPA Brownfield Assessment Grant funding program over the past ten years.

Mr. Lees specializes in brownfield redevelopment projects and supported successful Brownfields grant funding for clients in excess of millions of dollars. Mr. Lees has been the project director involving all aspects of the practical application of USEPA Brownfield funding. He has supervised all aspects of brownfield site selection, assessment, cleanup, remedial planning, mitigation/cleanup, and redevelopment. Mr. Lees engages the local community through multiple outreach methods ranging from workshops to websites. He has been involved in community outreach programs and future planning directives. Mr. Lees has been involved in supporting state managed beneficial re-use grants (assessments and remedaition) for various sites.
