Kimberly Caldwell is an Environmental Analyst for the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation. Kim is a project manager in the Brownfields Program and the Contaminated Sites Section, and promotes the Vermont Brownfields Reuse and Environmental Liability Limitation Act (BRELLA) Program. She manages a variety of site investigation and remediation projects including historical drycleaner sites, federal Superfund sites, and PFAS investigations. Kim is the Vermont Point of Contact for the Interstate Technology Regulatory Council (ITRC) State Engagement Program and was a member of the Optimizing In Situ Remediation Team for ITRC. Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in Geology at Hartwick College and an M.S. in Earth Sciences from the University of Maine.
